One of my biggest challenges in business is getting decision makers to understand the importance and effectiveness of digital marketing. In many instances, the digital marketing members in the team get it, and want us to implement immediately. A huge stumbling block is that most CEO’s, executives and decision makers in a company are still convinced that digital doesn’t work. “Why should we pay for Google and Facebook when its free” is one of my biggest responses. It’s not their fault, I believe that we are to blame for this, and that is why I started my Technosavvy courses 10 years ago.

I have trained hundreds of executives, CEO’s, business leaders, entrepreneurs and thought leaders over the years. Once we teach and explain the ROI and how digital marketing works, they get it. I am always amazed to see how different people react to platforms differently. Some of them love Twitter and don’t like Facebook, whilst others get hooked onto Instagram and Linkedin.

Whilst I have generic courses, I also tailor make many courses based on the needs of the client and also conduct one-on-one training for specific clients. Education and training is the only way in which we can change the mindsets and help people use Technology to it’s full potential.
